Actor, writer, improviser. Funny, earnest, scared of bees*.

*and by bees I mean failure

I recently came back to London after spending the pandemic training at Ecole Philippe Gaulier, where I grew as a performer and learned that I can eat an eight-person patisserie cake all by myself.

I'm currently working on a solo character/clown show with live music, playing a loveable emo teen, David. I've been commissioned by the Camden People’s Theatre as one of their Starting Blocks artists, and have two upcoming work-in-progress shows at Vault Festival.

My acting credits range from Shakespearean ingénues to posh bad guys, and I was once — literally — the back of a pantomime horse. I’m also an experienced improviser, including performances at the Upright Citizens Brigade Los Angeles, The Free Association, and two runs at the Edinburgh Fringe in Geraldyne: Improv from Music.

As a writer/performer, I’ve worked at the Old Red Lion, the Etcetera Theatre, and Brick Lane Theatre Festival. For writing samples, please get in touch via the contact page.

Oh, and I’ve got a music degree. I mention this last because I don’t want anyone to get too excited about my musical prowess. But it does sort of explain why I decided to learn the drums and guitar for my upcoming show. Head on over to my David page to find out more…
